A: This show is NOT open to the public; it is an invite – only event to current or prospective NTP-STAG customers. Contact us to find out how to become a customer.

Q: Is The Expo mobility accessible?
A: Absolutely! All training rooms and exhibit halls are easily accessible by elevators and/or ramps.
Q: How do I get to The Expo?

Q: If I need hotel accommodations for The Expo, where will I stay?
A: Once you are registered, you will receive confirmation details from the NTP-STAG Events Team. If you need to change your reservation, simply contact your sales consultant with the details.
Q: Are there a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and convention center?
A: Yes. Shuttle arrangements can be made ahead of time; visit the Shuttle Tab for more information.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to The Expo?
A: It is a good idea to bring business cards for networking, an extra bag to carry catalogs and other freebies, and because there’s a lot of walking, a comfortable pair of walking shoes.

Q: How do I register for the 2021 NTP-STAG Virtual Expo?
A: You must be a current NTP-STAG/Keystone Automotive Operations Customer. Contact your Sales Representative for more information on how to register for the NTP-STAG Virtual Expo.
Q: What time zone will the sessions be presented in?
A: All virtual events will be presented in Eastern Standard Time. Show hours are 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST daily, January 25-29, 2021.
Q: What browser should I use to attend the Virtual Expo?
A: It is recommended you use Chrome to access the Virtual Expo - Explorer may cause connectivity issues.
Q: Whom do I contact with technical issues or support during the virtual event?

Q: How do I network at this virtual event?
A: In the virtual platform, you will be able to network with exhibitors via the chat function in their booth, or set up an appointment with the 'schedule a meeting' link.
Q: Can I schedule a meeting with an exhibitor/supplier during the event?
A: Yes! There is a 'schedule a meeting' link in each exhibitor's booth.
Q: Are there captioning and language translation services?
A: All presentations and webinars will be presented in English.
Q: Can I ask questions during PRO presentations? How?
A: Questions are always welcome during the PRO presentations. There will be Q/A and Chat boxes much like Zoom during the presentations. Moderators will be screening questions and comments to ensure all communications are in good taste and that all questions are answered. If time runs over, it is encouraged to network with exhibitors in their virtual booths.
Q: How do I participate in the Door Prize program?
A: All registered dealer attendees are eligible to win door prizes during the virtual event. Names will be drawn periodically throughout the virtual event and announced through the mobile app and in the show message center.
Q: Do I have to have an account to attend the Virtual Expo?
A: You must be a current NTP-STAG/Keystone Automotive Operations Customer. Contact your Sales Representative for more information on how to register for the NTP-STAG Virtual Expo.
Q: Do I need a separate username and password for Electronic Ordering?
A: Only one sign in is required for access to VIA with the online show environment as well as electronic ordering.
Q: Who do I contact to reset my VIA password?
A: Visit https://www.viantp.com and click "Forgot Password" or email customercare@viantp.com
Q: Who do I call if I have a question about my pre-cart?
A: Contact your NTP-STAG Sales consultant.
Q: How do I login the day of the event?
A: Login to VIA (https://www.viantp.com) with your current VIA account credentials. Click the virtual banner ad. You'll be brought into the lobby of the virtual event to view schedule, visit booths, etc. All orders will be placed through VIA using electronic ordering.
Q: What can I do in a virtual event platform?
A: You'll view RVU/PRO webinar sessions, visit exhibitor booths, chat with suppliers, and more! Talk with your sales representative for more information.
Q: How do I place a show order?
A: All show orders will be placed through your VIA account using electronic ordering.
Q: Can I attend the event on a mobile device?
A: Yes. The virtual platform is compatible on all devices (tablets, cell phone browsers, laptops, etc.)
Q: Do I need a webcam to experience the Virtual Expo?
A: No. A webcam or computer camera is not necessary for webinars or networking.
Q: Am I allowed to sell or give away product while in my booth?
A: Companies are NOT permitted to sell anything for delivery at the Expo; orders may be taken for future delivery ONLY. Giveaways are permitted in accordance with the Expo Rules and Regulations and are subject to Show Management approval.
Q: When will I receive my exhibitor badge(s)?
A: Badges may be received at the Registration Desk prior to show floor entry. Registration hours can be found on the Exhibitor Agenda page.
Q: When am I required to wear my Expo badge?
A: Badges must be worn at all times on the Expo show floor and are required for entry to the floor.
Q: How do I get my freight to The Expo?
A: We have set up programs to minimize cost and ensure your freight gets to the show safely and on time. Please go to the Exhibitor Info page to see the complete details. If you have additional questions, please contact your Category Manager or NTP-STAG Events Team for more information.
Q: What is the photography policy?
A: Exhibitors are not permitted to photograph or video the exhibit or product of another exhibitor without prior approval.
Q: What is appropriate attire while exhibiting at The Expo?
A: Attendees, exhibitors and media must wear appropriate apparel at all times. Business or business casual attire is suggested. Logos and sayings on apparel must be in good taste. Show Management reserves the right to make determinations on appropriate apparel.
Q: If I have questions about my booth space, who do I contact?
A: Contact your Category Manager directly with any questions regarding your exhibit space.
Q: Can I use the images from this site for publication purposes?
A: You cannot use any image on this website without express written consent of NTP-STAG. Please use the Contact Us for to request permission and please include where these images would be used and in what media format. A NTP-STAG representative will review your request and return an answer within a reasonable amount of time.

A: The NTP-STAG Expo is the largest trade show in the specialty RV parts and accessories industry. Our show is open exclusively to current or prospective NTP-STAG customers and Suppliers.
Q: Does this site work on mobile devices and tablets?
A: The NTP-STAG EXPO website is a fully responsive website which means that its size adapts to mobile phones / iPads® and different resolutions. You will be able to access valuable information while attending the shows to help you find suppliers and navigate the show faster without having to download an app.
